Below we have compiled a list of commonly asked questions regarding booking a Première Neige holiday, as well as links to some additional material which you may find useful.

Are There Any Additional Charges That I Should Be Aware Of?

Local "Taxe de Séjour" is payable on all bookings. This is a french tourist tax payable by all guests over 18yrs and over, and is charged at 1€ per adult per night. This is payable as part of your in resort bill. We are legally obliged to collect this from all eligible guests and pass this directly to the local commune.

Optional in-resort services such as inter-resort transfers & babysitting etc. are payable prior to departure as part of your end of stay bill, and can be settled with our Concierge before you leave resort.

Can I Pay In Euros?

We are able to accept payment in Euros for any aspect of your holiday, including local purchases such as lift passes and welcome hamper items, which are payable in Euros as standard. Please contact our Sales Team beforehand for our daily exchange rate.

Can I Make Changes To My Holiday Booking?

If you find anything wrong in your holiday documentation, or if you just wish to change something about your holiday, contact our Sales Team, who will be happy to make the necessary amendments, and to discuss further the changes that you may require.

I Have Stayed With Première Neige Before - Do I Get A Discount?

As a returning client, we will be delighted to offer you up to 10% off the cost of your holiday accommodation. This applies to all holiday weeks, with the exception of Half Term & New Year, where a 5% discount is available. Simply quote your previous reservation details on booking.

When Should I Book Any Additional Services?

Childcare, Transfers, and Ski School should be booked as soon as possible - especially around school holiday dates, where these services are extremely popular, and subject to availability.

Lift passes, equipment hire and pre-arrival shopping with our partners at Huski etc. can all be ordered through our convenient Online Client Portal, so that these are all ready for your arrival in Sainte Foy.

What If I Need To Cancel My Holiday?

If you need to cancel your holiday, please contact our Sales Team as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is clearly defined in our Holiday Terms & Conditions, which should be read in full, prior to confirming your booking.

Première Neige strongly recommends that all guests are adequately insured for their holiday, to cover cancellation or curtailment, in addition to any winter sports activities that they may choose to undertake during their holiday in Sainte Foy.
