Now that you've chosen your dream accommodation for your holiday in Sainte Foy with Première Neige, what happens next?
Confirmation Of Your Booking
Once your deposit payment has been received, you will be issued with a confirmation of your booking via email, along with copies of your holiday invoices and booking statement, which should be retained for your records.
Please advise a member of our Sales Team if any of the details on your invoices are incorrect, or if there are any subsequent changes required. The property is now secured for your stay with Première Neige.
Final Arrangements For Your Ski Holiday
Your holiday balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival, and can be paid for in the same ways as your earlier deposit payment.
At the final payment stage, you will be provided with a unique login to access your Online Client Portal. This form provides a full summary of your booking, and also allows you to pre-order various items.
These include food shopping, lift passes, daily bread and newspaper deliveries, additional housekeeping, as well as spa treatments, massages and birthday cakes etc.
Your overall service is so very impressive, starting from a general inquiry through to organising the transfer home. The concierge service on site is a boon. The chalet service was efficient and very relaxed. Our rooms were always spotlessly clean and tidy. The staff were well very briefed about St Foy, the day's weather, places to eat, ski hire and passes etc.
